Knife Event 2009 is right around the corner!

It will be held at the same location as last year, in the Embassy Suites Hotel right down the road from our location in Rogers, AR from July 24-26th.

Our first Knife Event has come and gone and it was a great success. If you didn’t get a chance to make it, you still have a chance to own a souviner from the show. We still have some hats and shirts available. This Event T-Shirt is available in sizes small through 3XL. Place your order today to make sure your size is available as some are limited in quantity.

We had almost a dozen makers tell us that they could not attend the 2008 event because of prior commitments but that they wanted to have a table next year.

Of the 102 knifemakers and suppliers who had tables for the 2008 show 74 have paid deposits or in full for 85 tables. We will be in touch with the makers who did not reserve their tables for next year and will be posting a list of those makers who will be attending next year.

We had a collection of about 40 Loveless knives on display at the Knife Event and I noticed that there were lots of folks looking at those knives. I deeply regret that my friend Bob Loveless was unable to travel to this event and hope that his health will improve to the point that he will be able next July.
